Buying Online

1. Using the product drop-down menu which is located along the top of each page, select the product or product type you are interested in.
2. Once clicked, you will see a list or menu of items for that product category. Click the product of interest.
3. Once you are on a page showing only one product, you can add as many as you like to your basket.
4. You will notice the basket contents on the left will have updated, showing how many items you have in your basket.
5. To alter your basket's contents or to purchase the contents, click on 'View Basket' on the right of the screen. This will display the contents of your basket, and you will be able to change quantities using the text boxes and update buttons.
6. Once you are happy with the contents, go to 'View Basket' and click 'Proceed to Checkout' and follow the onscreen instructions. Please Note: You will need a credit card as form of payment when you are buying online.

Understanding Clearance Items

At A1 Tests, we have a unqiue opportunity in being able to offer clearance prices for a selection of high quality products. The reason we can offer products at these prices is because they are mainly leftovers and end of line stock from some of Europe's largest medical suppliers, and so we are able to offer discounted goods with shorter shelf lifes. This doesn't mean that the quality is compromised, but just that the test(s) need to be used within the first month or two after purchase.

For normal priced products, we always have sufficient stock but you may notice that items in clearance have stock levels. The site will make sure your order is only placed when there are sufficient stock levels. In the event that item(s) are purchased whilst you are shopping, the site will tell you.
